Please read the class descriptions to make sure you know what each class entails and the dress requirements.
**TUITION IS BASED ON A MONTHLY AVERAGE AND DOES NOT CHANGE DUE TO HOLIDAYS AND STUDIO CLOSINGS**
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Baby Tap/Ballet- Ages 2-4- Will learn basic ballet and tap. Will perform 2 dances in recital. Dress: tap shoes, ballet shoes, leotard, tutus optional.
Stretch and Flexibility-All ages- Will do barre stretch and flexibility training. This class does not perform a recital dance. This class is highly recommended for anyone in a competition class or in need of extra work for flexibility. Leotards, dance shorts, fitted tanks ballet shoes are required.
Younger Ballet -Ages 5-8 yrs.- This class focuses solely on ballet barre work, floor work technique. Dress Requirement is leotard, tights and ballet shoes.
Diamond Hip Hop- - THIS IS A COMPETITION CLASS and will compete at two local competitions. Weekly attendance is required. The director must place you in this class. Dress requirement is dance attire or T-shirts and shorts with sneakers.
Advanced Contemporary- THIS IS A COMPETITION CLASS. Double pirouette turns are a requirement. Weekly class attendance is required. The director must place you in this class. Dance clothes and jazz shoes are required.
Sapphire Contemporary-THIS IS A COMPETITION CLASS. This class requires the director's placement and weekly class attendance. The director must place you in this class. Dance clothes and jazz shoes are required.
Younger Hip Hop- Ages 5-8- This class focuses on movement Dress requirements are shorts and or dance clothes and sneakers.
Ruby Jazz THIS IS A COMPETITION CLASS and requires the director’s placement and mandatory weekly attendance. We will compete at two local competitions. Dress requirements are dance clothing and tan jazz shoes.
RubyLyrical- THIS IS A COMPETITION CLASS and requires the director' placement and mandatory weekly attendance. We will compete at two local competitions. Dress requirements are dance clothing and tan jazz shoes.
Younger Tumble- Ages 5-8 yrs. This class will work on tumbling skills such as but not limited to, tuck rolls, cartwheels, back bend kick overs, back and back handsprings at the tumblers pace. Will perform in recital and work solely on tumbling skills during class with small choreography added the month Dress Requirements are fitted tank top and shorts and bare feet.
Pointe – Must be at least 11 years old with at least 2 ballet class and the approval of the director to be enrolled in this class. It is strongly suggested that you take the Advanced ballet class as well. Dress requirements are leotard, tights, pointe shoes with ballet skirt or dance shorts optional.
Older Hip Hop-Ages 9 & up. Will focus on hip hop/street style dancing and Dress requirement is clothing that the dancer can move freely in and sneakers.
Advanced Clogging- The director must place the dancer in this class. Dress requirements are dance clothes or and shorts and clogging shoes.
Production Musical Theater-THIS IS A COMPETITION CLASS and requires the director' placement and mandatory weekly attendance. This class is a combination of ages and will have choreography mixing ages and levels within one production dance. We will compete at one local competition. Dress requirements are dance clothing and tan jazz shoes.
Beginner Acrobatics – Ages 7&up – Will work on flexibility, strength and contortion type acrobatic skills. Dress requirements are leotards, fitted tanks shorts and bare feet.
Beginner /Intermediate Clogging- All ages. Will work on beginning and intermediate clogging skills. Dress Requirements are dance clothes or and shorts and clogging shoes.
Advanced Acrobatics- Must be placed by the director and had one year of acrobatics training. THIS CLASS HAS A POSSIBILITY TO COMPETE IF DANCE IS READY. Weekly attendance class is required. Dress requirements are dance clothes or fitted tank and shorts with bare feet.
Beginner Baton- All ages- Will learn basic baton skills. Dress requirements and shorts or dance attire and a baton.
Emerald Jazz and Lyrical- THIS IS A COMPETITION CLASS and will compete at two local competitions. Weekly attendance is required. The director must place you in this class. Will the jazz dance only but possibly the lyrical at the last competition by of the parents. Dress requirement is and tan jazz shoes.
Advanced Baton- All ages- Must be placed in this class Must have 2 years baton classes. Dress requirements are and shorts or dance attire and a baton.
Sapphire Hip Hop-. THIS IS A COMPETITION CLASS and will compete at two local competitions. Weekly attendance is required. The director must place you in this class. Dress requirement is dance attire or T-shirts and shorts with sneakers.
Older Tumble- Ages 9& up- This class will work on tumbling skills such as but not limited to cartwheels, back bend kick overs, back handsprings, round off back handsprings and back tucks at the tumblers pace. Will perform in recital and work solely on tumbling skills during class with small choreography added the month Dress Requirements are fitted tank top and shorts and bare feet.
Intermediate Contemporary- THIS IS A COMPETITION CLASS and will compete at two local competitions. Dress requirements are dance clothes or fitted tank and dance shorts and tan jazz shoes
DiamondLyrical- - THIS IS A COMPETITION CLASS and will compete at two local competitions. Weekly attendance is required. Director must place dancer in this class. Double required. Dress requirement is dance clothes and tan jazz shoes.
Diamond Jazz- - THIS IS A COMPETITION CLASS and will compete at two local competitions. Weekly attendance is required. Director must place dancer in this class. Double pirouettes are required. Dress requirement is dance clothes and tan jazz shoes.
Younger Ballet/Tap- Ages 5-8- This class will focus on ballet technique and tap. Dress requirements are leotards, tap shoes and ballet shoes.
Older Beginner/ Intermediate Ballet- Ages 9 & up This class is for students year to year of ballet training.
Older Advanced Ballet /Pre-Pointe- Ages 10 &up. This class is for students year of ballet that ready to prepare for Pointe class or currently in Pointe and to additional ballet technique and training. It is strongly advised the if is in Pointe that they take this ballet class as well.
Baby Hip Hop/ Tumble- Ages 2-4 yrs. This class will learn basic hip hop They will have one dance in that combines both hip hop and tumbling. Dress requirement is clothing that the child can move freely in and bare feet.
Younger Jazz/Tap- Ages 5-8 yrs- This class will focus on Jazz and tap dance skills. Dress requirement is leotard or fitted top and dance shorts and tan jazz shoes and tap shoes.
Emerald Jazz and Lyrical- - THIS IS A COMPETITION CLASS. They will compete in two local competitions. Attendance is mandatory for class. Must have dance experience or placed by after evaluation. Tap shoes, ballet shoes, tan jazz shoes, leotard tights are the dress requirements.
Pear and Mini Pearl Jazz and Ballet - THIS IS A COMPETITION CLASS.
They will one local competition. Attendance is mandatory for class. Must have dance experience or placed by after evaluation. Tap shoes, ballet shoes, tan jazz shoes, leotard tights are the dress requirements.
Older Tap – Ages 9 & up This class focuses on tap skills. Dress requirement is dance clothes and tap shoes
Younger cheer-ages 4-8 yrs-. They will learn cheerleading skills such as motions, jumps, chants, cheer dance and showing spirit for Tumbling is not in this class as it is specifically for cheerleading skills. They will perform a cheer dance and cheer Dress requirement is and shorts and shoes.
Emerald Hip Hop THIS IS A COMPETITION CLASS and will compete at one local competition. Weekly attendance is required. The director must place you in this class. Dress requirement is dance attire or T-shirts and shorts with sneakers.
Pearl Hip Hop THIS IS A COMPETITION CLASS and will compete at two local competitions. Weekly attendance is required. The director must place you in this class. Dress requirement is dance attire or T-shirt and shorts with sneakers.
Dance with me Tap and Tumble -Ages 18 mos - 2 years old. The parent will assist the dancer in tap and in tumbling. This class will have 2 dances and 2 costumes in recital. Dress requirement is leotard or and tap shoes.
Younger Jazz/ Lyrical- Ages 5-8- This class will focus on Jazz and Lyrical dance skills. Dress requirement is leotard or fitted top and dance shorts and tan jazz shoes.
Older Jazz/ Lyrical- Ages 9 & up This class will focus on Jazz and Lyrical dance skills. Dress requirement is leotard or fitted top and dance shorts and tan jazz shoes.
Technique class-There is a technique class for older kids 9& up and one for 4-8 year olds.- This class will focus on turns, leaps, progressions skills needed for any dance class. This class is highly recommended for those in a competition class. Dance clothes are required. This class does not perform a dance in the recital.
